Introduction to During Employment

Once you have your employees in place it is important to ensure that (a) they are legally employed (b) you treat them fairly and according to employment legislation.

The main sections of our site detail current legislation but the difficult part is often how to put this in to  practice. This section aims to provide useful guidance and updates in current legislation and 'best practice'.

For instance we have an article on handling stress in the workplace.  Stress related claims are steadily growing and there is evidence that our increased availability due to e-mails, mobile phones, PDA's etc is contributing towards high stress levels in all walks of life.

If you feel there is an area that we are neglecting then please let us know and we will look at filling the gap  for you.
